Returns Policy
All products are covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty covers all parts and components for the product, effective from receipt of goods.
If you wish to return an item, you must have proof of purchase and items must be returned unopened within 28 days of receipt of goods, this does not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item for refund you will be responsible for all return costs incurred and that the item arrives safely, we suggest to proof of postage for returned items as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. However if the item is faulty then Amano will pay for the postage costs to return and replace the item. Items that are returned for credit must be complete with all manuals and components, in the undamaged original packaging and in a saleable condition. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited. In all other instances no returns will be accepted without Amano's prior consent.
